Weekly cashback applies to the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

VIP tier advancement depends on the consistency and volume of active play. bb reserves the right to adjust a member's VIP tier if the required criteria are not met or if the account remains inactive for an extended period.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the bb platform. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and the associated funds may be withheld:

• Accessing or attempting to access another person's account.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

8.1 Closure by bb

In cases of Terms violations, suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity, bb reserves the right to close any account immediately and without prior notice. Funds associated with unlawful activity may be forfeited in such cases.

8.2 Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or email. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw all legitimate funds before the account is closed. Requests to voluntarily limit or close an account for responsible gaming reasons are also accepted.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

bb may mark an account that has been inactive for 12 months or more as an "inactive account". Withdrawing funds from an inactive account may require account reactivation and identity verification.
